In February 2011, the National Council of Professors of Educational Administration (NCPEA) and the California Association of Professors of Educational Administration (CAPEA) entered into agreement to colloaborate in the publication of the CAPEA journal, Educational Leadership and Administration: Teaching and Program Development.
The CAPEA journal is a refereed journal published yearly since 1988 for the California Association of Professorsof Educational Administration (CAPEA). Listed in the Current Index to Journals in Education (CIJE), the editors welcome contributions that focus on promising practices and improvement of educational leadership preparation programs.
In the year 2011, CAPEA celebrated the publication of the 23rd annual journal. This 23rd Volume, published in partnership with CAPEA’s national affiliate, the National Council of Professors of Educational Administration (NCPEA), moved to an on-line format, as an Open Education Resource (OER); providing for world-wide readership, and with a print-on-demand option. Currently, manuscripts are invited for review and possible publication in the 24th Volume, with a deadline of August 1, 2012. The 2012 CALL for PAPERS is posted below.
