You may order and pay by credit card by going to the NCPEA HomePage at: http://www.emich.edu/ncpeaprofessors/ On the right hand side there is a link: Purchase from NCPEA. If you  click on this link it will take you to another page. Click on the  ELR button to pay by credit card through our secure provider --  Authorize.net.

LIBRARY SUBSCRIPTIONS

Library subscription rate is $85 per year (April and October issues), IP protected, and includes (1) full-text Online access to both current and archived issues, (2) unlimited free downloading of PDF copies, and (3) one (1) bound hard copy for library stacks.
