NCPEA Publications

The NCPEA Yearbook is published once each year, and presented at the annual conference in August. Manuscripts are peer-reviewed and monitored by Editors and an Editorial Board. 

All NCPEA Yearbooks from 2006 forward are indexed in the Education Resources Information Center (ERIC) database, the digital library providing educators, researchers, and the general public with access to education literature and resources. (NCPEA/U.S. Department of Education Contract No. ED-04-CO-0005)

The 2013 Yearbook, Becoming a Global Voice is available as PDF download below to NCPEA Members and individual subscribers. You must log in with username and password to view the PDF attachment below. Usernames are your email address. If you have not set a password, or do not remember, follow these steps:
