It is utilized as Assessment #7 for NCATE aligning with Human Resources Development Project in Organizational Management and Community Relations. The project and assessment is linked to the ELCC and ISLLC Standards and represents a comprehensive application of the concepts presented and discussed throughout the personnel administration course.
